Administrative Coordinator, Part-Time

The part-time (20–25 hrs/week) Administrative Coordinator will provide support and assistance in managing CAM’s membership program, communications, and operations. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Administrative Coordinator will: perform the administrative and clerical tasks to support the operations of the organization; coordinate the job directory; generate monthly membership renewal notices; maintain the membership database; make updates to the association’s website; prepare content for the association’s e-newsletter; assist with the creating and updating of dashboards that track the diversity of CAM’s stakeholders; assist with the launch of a complimentary membership program for businesses owned by Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; participate in virtual meetings and trainings. Wage is $22/hour; telecommuting required.
