Kidspace seeks a talented, solution-minded COO to effectively manage the museum’s finances and critical operating practices, establishing a strong foundation for sustainability and growth.

The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for ensuring the financial and operational stability necessary to advance the museums’ mission and vision. The COO will oversee all administrative and operational functions of the museum including: accounting and finance; human resources; IT; inclusivity and diversity strategies; facilities operations including exhibit, infrastructure and campus audits; risk management; and safety standards, processes and training across the museum.  Additionally, the COO will play a leading role in any upcoming capital campaign plans, working closely with the CEO, CDO, CXO, and Board of Directors, including the finance and audit committees, as well as key external partners.
