The Eames Institute is seeking a Facilities Technician with proven experience in upholding excellent standards of building maintenance. Reporting to and receiving guidance from the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician is responsible for executing a range of responsibilities to ensure the overall safety, security, maintenance, grounds, and cleanliness of the Eames Institute’s property in Richmond, CA. This property includes a newly renovated building featuring a workspace for the Eames Institute Staff, as well as a warehouse for the Eames Collection of archival materials and 3D objects. The ideal candidate is self-driven and excited to provide daily maintenance and operation of the Eames Institute campus.
