The San Diego Natural History Museum is looking for a passionate, mission supporting and natural history loving individual to be our Senior Director of Human Resources. In this role, you will develop and implement Human Resources strategies and planning for the Museum as well as handling day-to-day management in all HR areas. You will serve as point of contact for all employees regarding HR issues and will advise senior management on HR strategic planning and policy development. In addition, you’ll manage and coach the People and Culture Coordinator who is responsible for the recruitment and hiring for our 180+ staff.
