This position will be a 6-month limited-term member of the Lucas Museum curatorial team tasked with providing research and organizational support for exhibition development.
The Curatorial Research Assistant, under the direction of the Lucas Museum Curatorial department, will work independently and collaboratively with museum staff to gain in-depth experience through practical learning opportunities. The research assistant will participate in the essential activities of a curatorial department. Under the guidance of the curatorial and administrative staff, the research assistant supports the logistics, research, planning, and organization of activities and programming generated in their assigned area, in addition to various research and administrative aspects designed to foster future involvement in the field of art history and curatorial endeavors.
