Development & Director's Office Intern (Paid, Part-Time)

The Development & Directors Office Intern will provide administrative and project management support to the Museum’s Executive Director, Executive Coordinator, and Board of Trustees, learning about the inner workings of Museum executive and volunteer leadership. You will also assist the Development department with research and grant writing. You will gain knowledge about non-profit governance, organizational strategic decision making and management, and will have broad exposure to a wide range of Museum functions.
You will learn about and gain experience in:
- Compilation of Board materials (i.e. rosters, committee descriptions, event schedules, etc.)
- Assist with staff events and learning programs provided through OMCA-You
- Provide project management support for fundraising events and special initiatives, including the Museum’s 50th Anniversary in 2019
