Associate Director of Donor Relations

The Corporation of the Fine Arts Museums (COFAM) is seeking an Associate Director of Donor Relations to join the Individual and Major Giving team within the Development department.

Under the direction of Director and CEO Thomas P. Campbell, the Museums have recently launched a new strategic plan that outlines a bold new vision for the next 4 years and prioritizes Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Access (DIEA); our connection to the Bay Area community; and building a foundation for a future capital and endowment campaign.

Will play a major role to support the Fine Arts Museums' strategic plan by ensuring that donor cultivation and stewardship are of the highest standard. Will oversee the strategy for donor programming and communication and supervise the Donor Relations Coordinator.
