The Senior Director of Individual Giving will direct the overall strategy and team responsible for securing $10 million in annual operating gifts as well as intended and realized planned gifts from individual donors.  With their team of seven total, the SDIG will develop and successfully implement a cohesive and detailed strategy to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward renewal, upgrade, lapsed, and acquisition gifts, thereby achieving growth in revenue and an expanded and diversified donor base. The SDIG will maintain their own portfolio comprised of 125- 150 current donors and qualified prospects.

Responsible for raising $5 million+ in restricted gifts—primarily for exhibitions and education — and $5 million+ in unrestricted gifts annually from individual donors.

Annual salary range for this position is $165,000-180,000. The final offer amount within this range will be based on experience and internal equity.
