The Director of Operations, Visions Museum of Textile Art (VMOTA), will spearhead the smooth operation and functioning of the VMOTA during a time of growth and change. The successful candidate will have this unusual combination of skills: a big-picture strategy combined with the ability to implement solutions using a diverse set of tools, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex processes in an understandable way. This position will identify and adopt technological solutions that maximize productivity and streamline processes designed to keep staff and committees working efficiently toward the same goals. He/she must have an innovative mindset that allows him/her to create efficiencies relating to infrastructure, policies and procedures, data management, and human resources.
