FT/Exempt. Responsible for management and expansion of major gifts and planned giving programs; managing relationships and securing support from donors capable of making gifts of $25,000+ focusing on strategic multi-year principal gifts of $100,000+. Manages personal portfolio 35-50 prospects and 2 major gifts officers. Plays key leadership role in execution of the organization's comprehensive campaign. Successful candidate has a rich development background, with progressive and successful experience in major/planned gifts and campaigns. Proven track record of management experience and coaching with commitment to mentoring major gifts officers. Able to bridge frontline fundraising techniques with the organization’s priorities and key initiatives. Bachelor’s degree, Minimum 5-7 years management experience in development and major gifts. Have a passion for the mission and be able to translate that into successful relationship building activities. Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite preferred. Experience with Altru desired.
