We seek a champion for implementing best practices in digital asset management, who can also manage the day-to-day activities of a traditional research library. An ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to guide curators, collection managers, and other staff to develop best practices in collection metadata management and the museum’s growing assortment of born-digital resources. We seek a candidate with an active and creative mind, a passion for education, biodiversity and conservation. You will be joining a convivial and dedicated team, with opportunities to extend the reach of the library into exhibits, education, marketing, and fundraising. As Director of the Library, you will report directly to the Vice President of Science and Conservation. Depending on experience starting salary will range from $58,500-$65,000 with a great benefits package.
