Donor Database Coordinator

The California State Railroad Museum Foundation (CSRMF) seeks a Donor Database Coordinator. Reporting to the Membership Manager, this role supports office, membership, and development functions. Duties include managing donor records, supporting programs and events, handling member and donor inquiries, and performing administrative tasks. Located at 106 K Street, Suite 200 in Old Sacramento, the position offers complimentary parking.

Essential qualifications:

  • Experience with DonorPerfect required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Familiarity with eTix, Constant Contact, or similar platforms is desirable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays
