Donor Relations Coordinator

The Donor Relations Coordinator assists the Associate Director of Donor Relations in overseeing strategy for donor programming and communications to ensure that donors of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco receive the highest quality experience and service. The Donor Relations Coordinator will also support the Individual and Major Giving team in the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors (contributions of $2,500 and above).
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinates list pull and review, data clean up, mailing schedules, and letter preparation for Annual Giving renewal program, acquisitions, and additional special campaigns, in collaboration with Membership.
- Tracks all incoming gifts for individual donors ($2,500 and above) and codes for data entry. Produces acknowledgment letters for all gifts. Proactively ensures accuracy of all constituent giving records.
