Description: The Camron-Stanford House, a historic house museum in Oakland, California, seeks a part-time Event Coordinator for its private and public event programs.

The Event Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for private event clients. The Event Coordinator is responsible for scheduling tours with prospective clients, communicating rental guidelines, and overseeing venue contracts from beginning to end. The event coordinator will be on site during private events from set-up through tear-down, managing security and event support staff as needed. The Event Coordinator will also work in partnership with the Executive Director and other museum staff to plan and support on-site public events.
