The Hoover Institution Library & Archives at Stanford University is seeking qualified candidates for the on-site position of Engagement Assistant.

Join our dynamic museum team as an Engagement Assistant, where you will be at the forefront of our engagement program activities, assisting in the execution of our events, exhibitions, welcoming visitors into our exhibition galleries, and creating captivating content to promote our collections and events. This position is perfect for individuals with a passion for sharing history with the public.

Ideal candidates will have experience working in a library, archives, or museum setting; recent customer service experience; experience with a variety of social media platforms; and/or be currently or recently enrolled in a graduate program in archival studies, library sciences, museum studies, history, or a related field.

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
