The Executive Director, Visions Museum of Textile Art (VMOTA), is responsible for the leadership of VMOTA, including planning, organizing, and directing all departments and programs with the goal of organizational and financial success and sustainability. The Executive Director oversees creation of innovative textile exhibits and meaningful educational programs worthy of an international museum.  He/she will be skilled in fundraising and community outreach, must have an analytical and strategic mindset and a broad understanding of non-profit operations. The ED will inherit a relatively new, yet highly motivated staff, eager to grow the infrastructure and impact of textile arts throughout the region. The ED must have demonstrated skill in organization and staff management, and a high level of financial literacy.
