Facilities Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the unit (Facilities/IT/Event Rentals) with general admin tasks, scheduling vendors, ordering supplies, assisting with potential clients and provided excellent customer service. Minimum one year of event planning & customer service; 2 years’ receptionist/administrative experience; handling payments in a museum or office preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Organized with strong communication skills. Familiarity with Little Tokyo community and knowledge of Japanese American history/culture desired. Experience with MS Office, Gmail, and Altru or POS preferred. EOE.
