As a member of the Hammer's Development Team, the Grant Writer researches, develops, and reports on grants with corporate, foundation and government funders in support of the annual fund, exhibitions and education programs, and special initiatives. This position is responsible for proposals that generate $1.2 million or more annually.

In consultation with the Director of Foundations & Special Projects, the Grant Writer researches current and potential grant funding sources, develops proposals and related materials, works with all Museum departments to provide appropriate acknowledgment of funding, and supports reporting to funders.

Targeted salary range is between $5067 - $5729 monthly.
