Compensation: The salary range for this position is $140,000-180,000

The Leadership Gifts Officer works independently and as part of the team to secure annual and multi-year unrestricted and restricted gifts for the Asian Art Museum. Through phone calls, personal visits, and other meaningful interactions, the Officer will identify and qualify new prospects; cultivate, solicit, and close gifts of $50,000 to $1 million+; and steward annual leadership donors, personally managing an active portfolio of leadership giving donors/prospects needing sustained cultivation and stewardship.

This position has a critical role in the fundraising success of the museum and its ability to meet its financial and program goals, and works closely with the Museum Commissioners, Trustees, and the senior management team.
