The Fundraiser and Grant Writer collaborates and consults with Museum leadership, stakeholders, advisory councils, and campus offices in identifying programs and projects and potential funding streams to support activities. Produces proposals and reports as needed. Implements special events and has direct interaction with Museum constituents. Assists in detailed planning of programs and determines funding needs. Maintains and expands the Museum’s outreach activities. Oversees and creates a variety of communications to promote the Museum’s research and programmatic activities. In collaboration with the Executive Director, oversees the grant/proposal application process. Produces proposal content and reports as required. Ensures that program and funding goals are met. Develops and maintains program and funding timelines to ensure project goals are met. Provides analysis and information of complex activities and makes recommendations to Museum leadership for program changes or development of new programs. Participates in short and long-range planning. Keeps current with fundraising and grant techniques through professional development.

Pay Range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00.
