The Manager of Visitor Services (MVS) supervises staff and unit volunteers to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction to ensure an excellent experience for on site visitors, oversees sales of Museum admission tickets, handles visitor questions and complaints, and maintains accurate records and financial controls for ticket sales. The MVS will help ensure compliance with state and local public health and safety protocols for visitors. Weekend and some evening hours required.

Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality or related field preferred. Minimum four years customer service, ticketing, or similar with at least two years supervisory experience in a museum, cultural institution, and/or non-profit setting. Visitor services experience preferred. Able to maintain positive relations with a wide variety of internal and external constituents. Computer literate, Internet savvy, MS Office, Altru, Google Calendar, and Gmail preferred.
