The Membership Coordinator supports the Fleet’s mission and Visitor Experience Philosophy by coordinating the membership program including data processing, reporting & tracking, processing renewals, communication plan implementation, ticket counter training, handling all membership inquiries, customer service, and issues with courtesy and a high level of professionalism.
