Job Title:  Membership Manager 
The Contemporary Jewish Museum (The CJM)
Location: San Francisco, CA – Hybrid, on-site and remote 
Status:  Regular Full-Time, Exempt  
Pay Range: $68,000-$78,000/year 

Job Summary:

Manage membership programs & related development operation functions. Design, implement, and track the member journey; oversee member events, campaigns, communications, and marketing. The role works closely with Development, Finance, Marketing and Communications colleagues to align on strategy and create a cross-functioning workflow process. Oversee fundraising systems, member-level guest list, analyze & utilize data to plan for membership growth, donor pipeline building, and recruit/retain donors contributing up to $5K annually. Develop tracking reports, monitor membership retention, manage renewal efforts, including direct mail, on-site promotions, & digital campaigns. Design compelling events, stewardship, & activities for members.
