The Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History is currently hiring for our award-winning education team. Located on the central coast in Pacific Grove, California, the Museum first opened its doors in 1883 and is one of the oldest natural history museums in the United States. Under the leadership of a new Executive Director with a forward-thinking Strategic Plan, we are hiring a Field Science Coordinator to oversee middle and high school field community science programs: the Long-Term Monitoring Program and Experiential Training for Students (LiMPETS) and the Watershed Guardians program. The Field Science Coordinator oversees the curriculum, budget, scheduling, and evaluation of the programs. And will assist with grant writing and building community partnerships. A successful candidate will have a degree in natural sciences, 3-4 years field experience, and enjoy working outside.

This is a full-time (40 hours), non-exempt, benefits eligible position. Compensation is $22.66-25.24/hr.
