The Museum Store Manager is responsible for working onsite to oversee all the daily operations of the Museum Store, with attention to maximizing profitability. The Museum Store Manager’s responsibilities include budgeting, managing store staff and scheduling, merchandising the museum store (onsite and online), expertise in CounterPoint, the Crocker’s database and POS, organizing inventory, and making sales. The Museum Store Manager will select works for consignment, make inventory purchases, and manage ongoing relationships with vendors and artists/designers. They will ensure that merchandise is accurately represented in the Crocker’s web store, facilitate shipping, and help the marketing team choose items for promotional e-blasts. Hiring range is $52,460-$60,000/yr
