Position Description: The Museum of Sonoma County seeks a Senior Manager, Development and Marketing to advance the mission of this vibrant community-oriented mid-sized art and history museum located in downtown Santa Rosa, CA. This position will work with the Executive Director and Board to set and achieve the Museum’s fundraising goals to support its $1.2 million annual budget; manage solicitations and stewardship; oversee grants; manage fundraising drives and events; manage the Museum’s marketing efforts; represent the Museum to the public; and supervise the Membership and Development Associate. Exempt: Hybrid 40 hours per week. Some weekends and evenings are required.

Salary range: $75,000 – $89,000 DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, FSA, vacation and paid time off as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
