The Project Coordinator provides project-specific support to institutional projects and cross-functional teams across the Museum with responsibilities that include drafting schedules, tracking budgets, writing agendas, leading meetings, and facilitating communication between teams and team members. Potential projects have a broad reach and could include gallery rotations and installations, public programming, event planning, digital projects, and design studio support. The Project Coordinator also serves in a support role to Project Managers, assisting with asset tracking, scheduling, database management, and other related administrative tasks. The position requires a highly organized individual, creative thinker, and collegial team member, who can also function as a transparent, inclusive, and collaborative decision-maker and leader.
