The Project Manager manages and coordinates project management functions related to the organization, development, and implementation of exhibitions, gallery rotations, traveling exhibitions, public programs, and digital projects. This includes responsibility for drafting schedules, developing and tracking budgets, writing agendas, leading meetings, and facilitating communication between cross-functional teams at all levels. This position will also support other institutional project management needs. The Project Manager functions as the lynchpin for assigned projects through which most, if not all, of the related activities, are filtered, and is relied upon to be an advocate for their successful completion while fostering inclusivity, equity, and transparency across teams and among individuals.
