Job Title:  Prospect Research Specialist
The Contemporary Jewish Museum (The CJM)
Location:  San Francisco, CA – Hybrid, on-site and remote
Status:  Regular Full-Time, Non-exempt Pay range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive research on donors; identify, analyze, and prioritize prospects; work closely with frontline fundraisers to help design outreach plans, donor segments and pipeline; maintain a system for donor stewardship and cultivation moves management, tracking, and planning. Compose detailed profiles, biographical summaries, wealth screenings on prospects & funders: individuals, foundations, and corporations. Develop, handle, and synthesize large amounts of data from multiple sources. Gather and interpret data effectively into actionable information. Meticulous attention to detail, excellent correspondence style, strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. This role directly impacts vital funding for exhibitions, programs, and initiatives.
