Full Job Description

Habitot Children’s Museum seeks a RESERVATIONS and EVENT COORDINATOR to manage fun, off-site programs for young children and families in the East Bay. With 20+ community events planned a year, plus birthday parties, corporate employee events, and after-school programs, a Coordinator is needed to handle scheduling and contracting for locations, manage participant sign ups and communications, arrange and supervise staffing, and secure supplies. As point person at each event, the Coordinator will oversee and physically support set-up and breakdown of exhibits and activity stations, check-in families, supervise staff, create on-site marketing, and interact with families. Frequent, weekend day-long events, weekday administrative work handled remotely at convenient but regularly scheduled hours. Paid time off, health/dental, and retirement.
