School Programs Coordinator (Part-Time)

History San Jose (HSJ) is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly-organized part-time Coordinator to administer school programs. Responsibilities include working with Director of Education to develop, coordinate, and support school programs, public programs, and special events, oversee scheduling and execution of programs at all sites and online, liaising between HSJ, school groups, staff, and park affiliates, support development of program materials, maintain program supplies and equipment, assist in evaluation of programs to ensure that they meet standards and the organization’s core values, assist the Director of Education on special projects as requested.
Experience coordinating museum programs, and/or volunteer management, committed to the education team, organization’s mission, and familiarity with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Zoom is desirable.
Classification: non-exempt, part-time, year-round, 20-25 hours/week, $20/hour.
