Specialty Program Manager (Full-Time, On-site)

The Specialty Program Manager will oversee the Specialty Program Department and the development and execution of various specialty programs including but not limited to the following: tours, birthday parties, sleepovers, virtual programs as well as special requests from donors and VIP guests. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Business Partnerships and manages a team of Specialty Program Guides as well as a team of OnCall Program Guides.
