The Visitor Services and Play Space Associate is a friendly, engaging, and positive customer service professional who provides a memorable and enjoyable experience for visitors at the Autry Museum. The role of the Visitor Services and Play Space Associate is to provide excellent customer service through various ticketing, admissions, and membership functions and staff the museum’s Family Play Space. This position aims to engage visitors by helping them feel welcome, providing superior customer service, focusing on building stronger visitor and member relationships and encouraging repeat visitation. Key functions of the position include actively encouraging visitors to become Autry Museum members, accurately processing daily admissions sales, and monitoring and facilitating activities in the Family Play Space. The Visitor Services and Play Space Associate is eligible to receive paid commissions on all new membership sales.

Pay Range: $17.25 - $17.25 Hourly
