Under direct supervision, assists with all aspects of the Visitor Experience operations at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco. Serves as front-line and floor supervisor supporting Visitor Experience staff and operations. Works collaboratively with a team of Visitor Experience Managers and Supervisors to ensure delivery of a world class member and visitor experience. The Supervisor works at both the Legion of Honor and the de Young locations.

Serves as floor supervisor, including crowd flow management. Acts as main point-of-contact for front-line staff. Serves as a liaison between the general public and the Museums, and provides assistance and information to the public. Enhances Visitor Experience program to ensure the Museums' standards and goals are met.
