CAM's 2024 Annual Conference will take place in Long Beach, California from March 10–13, 2024. CAM last convened an annual conference in Long Beach in 2007, and 2024 marks our return to the beautiful Southern California locale. With a community rich in heritage, history, and iconic landmarks, Long Beach offers museum workers a point of gathering from which we'll launch into new ways of working and making change within the field.
ONLINE EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION IS OPEN FROM OCTOBER 25 TO JANUARY 3. Online Regular Rate pricing will be open from January 4 to February 25. All registration will close from February 25 until March 10. Onsite registration may be available but is not guaranteed.

The Preliminary Conference Program Preview is available. The program is subject to change over the coming months.
The California Association of Museums is excited to offer in-person programming on this scale, and know how eager many of you are to gather together. We will not be requiring proof of vaccination, but highly encourage vaccination and boosters. For the health and safety of our colleagues, masks are also encouraged. Capacity and spaces have been thoughtfully considered in the planning of this event, and we encourage you to explore the outdoor areas, seaside breezes, and views for your lunches and breaks when possible.
If you have questions about registration or your membership, please contact CAM's Administrative Manager Michelle Rader at [email protected].
